Remove cobwebs
Hoover/mop all floors, carpets and stairs
Clean glass surfaces
Make or straighten bed linen
Empty all bins
Bathrooms
Scrub toilet including bowl, seat, tank and behind
Clean and discale showers, baths and sinks
Clean, dry and buff all tiles and chrome until shine
Clean and buff mirrors
Clean front of cabinets, shelves and fixtures
Kitchens
Clean cooker hob and control knobs
Clean, dry and buff all applicence surface, range hood and sink
Clean cuboard fronts, table and chairs
Clean and sanitise microwave
Clean and sanitise all work tops and tables
Spring clean, End of tenancy - After builders
Based on one cleaner per hour - £20.00
Min 2 cleaners - min 4 hours -
Washing down all woodwork, doors, picture rails skirting boards etc
Clean windows inside
Cuboards - inside, outside and on top
Behind radiators
Behind fridges, ovens and anything that can be moved
Inside oven, fridge etc
Anything seen is cleaned
Office Clean:
Based on one cleaner per hour - min 2 hours - £15.00
Empty all bins
Hoover/mop all floors, carpets, and any stairs
Remove cobwebs
Dust and polish all furniture
Clean all glass
Clean staff room (if one)
Clean staff toilet and buff mirrors
After party - Special events
Based on min two cleaners per hour - min 2 hours - £20.00 per cleaner per hour
